KTLH is the NEXRAD WSR-88D weather radar for Tallahassee, Florida. It stands on Capital Circle SW, about a mile east of Tallahassee's airport, in Leon County, about 6 km southwest of the city centre. The National Weather Service operates it. The responsible office is NWS Tallahassee, on the fourth floor of the Love Building on the Florida State University campus; it serves the eastern Florida Panhandle, the Big Bend, southeast Alabama, and southwest and south central Georgia.

The Weather Bureau opened an airways station at Tallahassee's old Mabry Field in 1940 and moved to the new municipal airport in 1961. The WSR-88D was commissioned in 1995, when the office was upgraded under the NWS modernization and upper-air observations moved to Tallahassee from Apalachicola; NCEI's archive of KTLH data begins in June 1995. The office worked from the airport's main terminal from December 1996 until it moved to the FSU campus in March 2002. The radar stayed by the airport.

Radar shows rain, snow and hail, not cloud, and nothing below its lowest beam; far from the antenna the beam passes high above the ground.
