KEPZ is the NEXRAD WSR-88D weather radar for El Paso, Texas. The antenna stands in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, at the National Weather Service El Paso forecast office on the Doña Ana County Airport, about 24 km from the centre of El Paso and 28 km from Ciudad Juárez across the border. The National Weather Service operates it. The NWS lists the antenna at 4,218 feet above sea level.

The El Paso weather office moved from El Paso International Airport to Santa Teresa in 1995, and the office's history page records the WSR-88D being commissioned at the Santa Teresa office in 1996. The radar was upgraded to dual polarization in 2012. The office also uses the Department of Defense radar at Holloman Air Force Base, KHDX.

NWS El Paso notes that the Franklin Mountains block portions of El Paso and Hudspeth counties from its radars, and that larger areas without radar data include the area north and west of Silver City and much of southern and eastern Hudspeth County. Radar shows rain, snow and hail, not cloud, and nothing below its lowest beam; far from the antenna the beam passes high above the ground.
