Patchy dense fog has been observed around the Tri Cities this morning. Within fog, visibilities as low as one-quarter mile are expected to persist through mid morning. Use extra caution while traveling as visibility can change quickly. If fog is encountered, use low- beam headlights and keep plenty of space between you and other vehicles.
