Guam radarsThe Weather Service's text
The long-period swell from Typhoon In-fa has been steadily decreasing, allowing surf along north-facing reefs to fall below hazardous levels, and the high rip current risk to diminish to moderate levels.
What to do
Rip currents will be life threatening. Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
